Liquid Assets
Derek Edlund, a seasoned industry veteran, brings a passion for craft cocktails and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The bar will offer a unique selection of classic and contemporary cocktails, carefully crafted to impress. Guests can also enjoy a variety of wines and local craft beers. The space itself is designed to be both stylish and inviting, featuring modern finishes and a stunning centerpiece: the original bank vault door.

Tulum Mexican Cuisine is slated to open early October inside Core Plaza’s Lumberman’s Vault Food Collective.
This Mexican restaurant will celebrate flavors from Tulum and more, with time-honored recipes and the bold tastes of Mexico. The menu will combine traditional favorites with a true taste of Mexican heritage in every bite.
UpLeaf Cafe
The menu will feature a selection of Asian fusion rice bowls, noodle bowls, alongside a variety of creative appetizers. Patrons can enjoy wonton chips with many cream cheese dips, and Mary’s Vault Platter, an assortment of Asian-inspired items such as special fried egg rolls, deconstructed crab rangoon, teriyaki meatballs, and shrimp tempura. Mary and her staff aim to provide a unique culinary experience that blends traditional asian flavors with innovative presentation and preparation.
